• As of now, ER of Mesquite is out-of-network for all health benefit plans.
Notice to All Patients:
• We will provide, regardless of your ability to pay, an appropriate medical screening examination, stabilization, and any necessary treatment to determine whether an emergency condition exists.
• Medicare, Medicaid, and Tricare are not currently accepted at ER of Mesquite due to CMS regulations regarding Freestanding Emergency Centers.

Texas House Bill 3276:
This facility is not a participating provider in any health benefit plan network.
What Does This Mean for You? Your health insurance company is legally required to process your emergency visit at in-network benefit levels, even though we may be out-of-network. The costs associated with your visit will be comparable to what you would pay at a hospital ER, and we strive to keep our fees lower than those charged by hospitals.
