ER of Mesquite has partnered with Sunbit to provide flexible payment options for self-pay patients. Patients do not have to worry about paying the full bill upfront; they can divide it into manageable monthly payments. Plans may start as low as $15 to $50 per month, depending on the total treatment cost.
The application takes approximately 30 seconds to complete. A soft credit check is used during the approval process, so your credit score is not affected. You’ll know your available options before leaving our facility.
How It Works
Below are a 4 simple steps of how this flexible payment plan works
Visit ER of Mesquite without worrying about the time; we are open 24/7, the complete week. Self-pay patients receive the same high-quality emergency care as insured patients. No appointment is required.
After visiting, our team will guide you through the Sunbit application. Following data is required:
- A valid government-issued ID
- Your mobile phone number
- A debit card for the initial payment
After successfully submitting your information, receive an approval decision within seconds.
If approved, the following payment plan options appear on the screen:
- 3-month plan: 0% interest for all approved patients
- 6, 12, or 18-month plans: Monthly payments dependent upon your budget (interest rates vary based on credit profile)
Select the plan that best fits your financial situation. Initially, a minor down payment is collected at checkout.
Once your initial payment is completed, you will make your monthly payments directly to Sunbit.
Your emergency treatment plan is complete, and your medical bill becomes manageable.
What This Means for You
High approval rates. Approximately 90% of applicants are approved. Sunbit works with patients across a wide range of credit backgrounds. A lower credit score does not automatically disqualify you.
Credit protection during application. The initial application uses a soft credit check, which does not impact your credit score. A hard inquiry is only performed if you decide to accept a payment plan.
0% interest option available. Every approved patient has access to a 3-month interest-free plan. If you need extended time, longer-term options are available with interest rates based on your credit profile.
No early payoff penalties. You may pay off your balance at any time without additional fees.
Flexible monthly payments. Depending on your balance, payments may range from $15 to $50 for smaller visits, or more for complex care needs.
